1. Emotional block and triggers

2. Take personal responsibility

5. Ensure a healthy lifestyle
This would include sleep, exercise and a healthy, natural diet.
Sugar, carbs, all processed food, yeast bread (sourdough is an exception), cakes, cereals, and sweets) should be avoided, as should pasteurised and irradiated products.
Take a good probiotic to encourage optimum gut performance.

Here is a suggestion from one of our Bio-Sil providers:
A gentle remedy that works beautifully is ground pumpkin seeds.
For children, grind the raw seeds into a fine powder and mix into a little honey, nut butter, or porridge.

IMPORTANT:
Once you’ve done a good clearing (including a liver cleanse) it is wise to go straight onto one of the other Parasite Elimination protocols, followed again by a colon and liver cleanse.
When the parasites are being eliminated they lay thousands of eggs and their hatchlings can bring on a whole new onslaught of parasitic infestation. There are also nano parasites especially through the heavily pushed jabs.

My personal choice for starting out :
- Fenbendazole (4 nights on, 3 nights off) – 60 Capsules or
- Ivermectin
- Cloves Capsules (to help eliminate parasite eggs prior to their hatching)

ADDENDUM 1
Advice from our wonderful Doctor Online who has many decades of experience in integrative healthcare.
Once he has your details, he is able to advise from many different integrative aspects specifically for you.
The basic dosages doses given on for e.g. Ivermectin, by are fine but they are temporary relief.
When you are treating c@ncer you cannot stop the treatment after 3 or 4 days and continue because the cancer cells grow and spread all over the body.
The half life of Ivermectin is 12 hrs. for example which is why it is best to use 1 tab of 12 mg daily morning on an empty stomach for a month.
Then pause and re-assess your condition.
Packs of 10 or 30 make no difference as long as the treatment is not discontinued in case of c@ncer.
The patient has to take a dose of 12 mg daily for a month.
Liver functions have to be monitored every month. If livers are compromised then one can follow a break in regime. 4 days and a 3 day break as with Fenbendazole.
Ivermectin is taken in the morning always on an empty stomach.
Fenbendazole is taken at night.
Both should not be taken at the same times. Combos are not recommended as they can overload the liver.
After all these are Allopathic drugs and not natural. They are synthetic chemicals. Package inserts always say to consult your physician because each case is different & one size does not work for all. Different c@ncers are treated with different regimes.

Please also bear in mind that it is not always about a ‘quick fix’ – depending on the case in question, it could take months to see desired change.
Do whatever you can to be CREATIVE and to experience JOY e.g. taking walks, sitting in the sunshine, humming or whistling along to beautiful music that you love is super helpful, doing things you enjoy such as drawing, cooking, reading ……..
