I'm satisfied with the excellent service i received from biosil. Ordered on Monday and received on Thursday, also the packaging was beautiful. Will order again. I ordered Nattokinase and NAC. Still early to rate the products.
Bought the Castor oil. I burnt myself quite badly on my neck and kept using the castor oil. The burn pain would go away when I put it on, and my wound scabbed over and healed within 8 days. It is just a bit of a slightly red patch now and does not look like a burn and has no scarring. Brilliant product! Thank you for the friendly prompt service and for the lovely wrapped deliveries. You guys go the extra mile, i am very impressed.
I bought 3 units and I'm satisfied with the quality of the filter units and the quality of the water it produces, but feel that I was misled by your description that says it "filters quickly". Further down, under the heading "Description:", it says that this system SLOWLY filters water, which is what it does! Drop by drop!
It also mentions a mineral stone as "Stage 7" of the filter system, which goes at the bottom of the lower tank, but there was no mineral stone holder included with the product.
Further, I can't get the tap to stop leaking and have to empty the tray regularly on which I have placed the system.
Otherwise, I am getting the purified water it promises and that is much better than drinking tap water.
I also appreciate your good price, compared to similar units from other distributors. Thank you for making it affordable.
Thank you very much - will correct the fast / slow filter bit. The mineral stone is included with the filter block. Sorry to hear about the tap - please check if it has been installed tightly enough - we can replace the tap if you wish. Blessings
