MMS (Master / Miracle Mineral Solution) also known as Chlorine Dioxide

1. MMS was discovered as a miraculous healer by Jim Humble in 1996.
2. MMS consists of 2 different solutions:

Jim Humble ceased the use of  Citric Acid as the activator for MMS and switched to the much nicer
HCl (Hydrochloric Acid) in the same strength as is found in the gut (where it helps digest food).

The Product:
The MMS package contains two products :
Sodium Chlorite in one container and
Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) in the other container

There are two sizes :
30 ml and
100 ml

How to Use MMS:
The two products need to be “activated” together, drop for drop.
This is an extremely important procedure – so please do be sure to go through it until you have it right.
This will ensure maximum benefits therefrom.

“Never use tap water for any MMS mixture as it is not
safe to risk getting chlorine, fluoride, or other impurities
in the solution. Use only bottled drinking water, reverse

Most important:
How to activate the two products:
It is always equal drops from each bottle – drop for drop

DROP :
A drop of liquid is a small, bounded volume of fluid that forms a naturally spherical or teardrop shape. 

Please note a drop is not:   a milliliter, not a “squirt:” or a “shake”
It is a carefully measured DROP 

For example: 
A 1 drop dose of MMS    =    1 drop MMS           PLUS 1 drop HCl

A 2 drop dose of  MMS  =    2 drops MMS PLUS  2 drops HCl

and so on …. in an empty, dry cup or glass

A 3 Drop dose is usually as high as one needs to go for internal consumption

Procedure:

. Let the drops mix together for about 30 seconds
. This mix will turn dark yellow / amber in colour
. Now add as much water as you wish
(recommendation is 200 ml only distilled, purified or filtered water)
. Swirl the cup or glass gently and then drink straight away
. Follow with as much more water as desired to avoid any back-taste
. Sparkling water is recommended especially for children, as it masks any taste
. Best not to smell the contents before drinking!

It is recommended to rather take doses more frequently, than to take large doses once a day
This of course also depends on which of the many different protocols you wish to follow
Always listen to your intuition as we don’t all wear the same size of shoes and our bodies are not identical!

* NB …  It is best to take the MMS as soon as it has been mixed to avoid it losing potency

Stay well hydrated throughout the day:
Throughout the day be sure to drink plenty of clean pure water in order to keep up with the toxins being neutralized.
If the body doesn’t have enough water to flush the toxins out, you may experience Herxheimer* reactions.

*A Herxheimer reaction refers to a brief period of possibly worsening symptoms at the onset of treatment.
In a nutshell, this happens when harmful bacteria die off, releasing toxins into the body faster than the body can remove them

Storage of MMS product:
Please store this product in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, even refrigeration is fine

“Important pointers to Know Before You Begin:

* Never ever use anything metal when mixing or storing
* MMS should never touch metal
*  Use glass, ceramic or plastic containers to mix and store
* Storage containers / bottles for MMS should have plastic lids, not metal, as the sodium chlorite will eventually corrode the metal which then tends to erode into the lid and particles may drop down in to the MMS. This could give you metal in your MMS and you don’t want that as metals can be very toxic.
* Please be careful about this point:  no metal with MMS sodium chlorite solution, either for mixing or for storing
* One should only be drinking (purified) water – never tap water or bottled water which may contain toxins such as fluoride and other undesirables.
* MMS can be used to purify tap water – how wonderful is that!!!!!
* So please use MMS to clean your water first if you don’t have access to pure water

THE GOLDEN RULE:
1. Feeling better?
Don’t change anything. Continue with what you’re doing
2. Feeling worse?
Reduce dosage or stop for a few days
3. Not getting better / not getting worse?
If there are no signs of improvement, do the next increase or explore another protocol

*Note:
Items that Neutralize Chlorine Dioxide are:
Vitamin C, any Antioxidant, Coffee, Tea, Milk, Alcohol
So it is best to take these an hour or two on either side of an MMS dose

Pets and MMS:

MMS is wonderful for pets – just scale down the dosage according to size / weight.
Always start low and slow – there are ways to administer a half or quarter drop.

PETS
Add to all pets’ drinking water (usually 3 drops in a non metal water bowl)
You can add an activated single drop to wet food as well

** Miracle MMS – healing:
“Story on our healed chickies leg:** One of our young 3month old chickens had managed to get a piece of plastic fibre wrapped around its leg and in the process of trying to get itself free she got a very deep cut.
We are not exactly sure how long the chicken had the injury for however when it was discovered there were signs of infection and serious swelling.
We separated her to our healing bay and mixed a topical MMS solution using 2.5ml sodium chlorite and 2.5ml HCL in a 100ml spray bottle. Giving the mixture time to activate and topped up with water and sealed with a spray nozzle.
Spraying this onto the wound 3 times a day had all signs of infections gone within two days and on day 5 she rejoined the flock as if nothing had happened.
She also received an internal dose of 6 drops to 6drops Sodium Chlorite to HCL in 350ml of water which she received in a 2.5ml syringe 3 times a day for the first two days.”  (ST)

** One of my chickens got some kind of bird flu as a little chick – had runny eyes, runny nose and didn’t look like it would make it through the night – just lying down, not eating or anything.  I started syringing a drop of activated MMS into its beak/mouth hourly until I went to bed.   Next mornin, preparing for the worse I was delighted to see the little chap up and dashing around searching for food with the other chicks!    (EB)

** Here’s a lovely official cat recovery process using MMS –
I have used MMS on myself for 15 years off and on, but never tried it on my cats until I joined this group. So yesterday someone dropped off a kitten at our house. She was very friendly and thin and had upper respiratory infection. Very noisy breathing. I made up a 2 drop MMS solution with a cup of distilled water and gave her small dropper doses over 4 hours. She readily drank the doses. Now she is happily indoors and breathing normally

Alternate mixers to water when making up a dose of MMS:
Though water is the ideal, if you cannot take MMS with water only because the taste bothers you, some (not all) natural juices are okay to use (if they do not contain harmful preservatives and/or added Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, as these tend to cancel out the effectiveness of MMS)
Freshly squeezed juice is best. It has been found that apple, grape and cranberry juices work well with MMS but again, to stress …. any juice should be natural, without preservatives, without added Vitamin C or ascorbic acid
It is best to never use orange or tangerine juice in any form with MMS.  However you may drink these juices at least two hours before or after your MMS prococol for the day.

Fizzy or sparkling mineral water is a good choice
The fizz helps overcome the taste
Most people find the taste absolutely minimal and not at all bothersome
Smell can have a huge effect on taste. If you find you don’t like the taste of MMS, try changing how you drink your dose
Some folks actually hold their nose while drinking and to this end, a small-neck bottle or glass, as opposed to a wide one, can work wonders as it cuts the smell
A sippy bottle with a lid and straw or a flip-up cover,  have become popular choices as this helps cuts the smell and taste of MMS, so is ideal for children who then don’t notice anything unusual!

A day’s dose in a bottle
You may choose to make up a day’s worth of MMS in a bottle, e.g. if you are at work or travelling.
This type of covered cup is handy.

Water Purification with MMS
for you and your Pets:
8 drops activated MMS to 4 litres of water

To purify 4 litres of tap water (remove germs and toxins):
Activate 8 drops of MMS (exactly per  the above example) with 8 drops of HCl
Count 30 seconds to enable the drops to activate
Add a little water and swirl it around in the cup, mixing the contents together
Add to the 4 litres of water
Mix thoroughly, cover and wait for at least one hour before use

For smaller quantities of water, use less drops
For 1 litre, use 2 drops of MMS activated with 2 drops of HCl and follow the above instructions.
Turpid (cloudy) water requires more MMS.  If you have a slight bit of turbidity, use 12 drops of activated MMS/HCL per gallon (4 litres).
A higher amount of turbidity requires higher amounts of MMS solution
Use 12 to 24 drops of MMS or even more drops, for river water. This is something you will have to evaluate and do your best to get it right. In this case, it is always best to err on the side of too many drops than not enough.  A slightly bad taste resulting from the MMS (if you have to go higher) will not hurt you!

What’s in your tap water?
Aluminum: Poses a big health threat for dialysis patients
Arsenic: Harms the cardiovascular and nervous systems, can cause skin problems, acts as an indocrine disruptor and can lead to lung, kidney, bladder and skin cancer.
Barium: Muscle weakness, breathing difficulties, heart rhythm changes, brain swelling and damage to the brain, spleen and kidneys.
Cadmium: Kidney, bone, blood and liver damage, as well as nausea, vomiting, renal failure, muscle cramps and diarrhea.
Chloramine: It can lead to hemolytic anemia.
Chromium: Stomach and intestinal bleedings, diarrhea, kidney and liver damage.
Fluoride:Discoloration of teeth in children under the age of 9.  Very toxic to the body.
Lead: Damage to the nervous system, red blood cells, the kidneys, the brain and bone marrow. Causes decreased growth in children, as well as reduced intelligence quotients.
Mercury: Damage to the brain, kidneys and devopling foetuses.
Nitrates/nitrites: Cause blue baby syndrome.  Very toxic.
Perchlorate: Developmental and learning disabilities in children.
Radium: Higher chances of developing cancer.
Uranium: Increases risk of cancer development.

Helpful for babies and children:

Bath Protocol:
Activate 20 drops – after it has turned dark yellow or brown, add it to the tub which has 6-8 of water
Begin with 20 drops, next time try 40 and then 60 drops
Use this treatment 1-3 times a day
Scale down and go gently with babies and children

It is possible to make up a quarter drop dose or a half drop dose.
Just mix a ONE DROP solution and use half for a half drop dose
Halve that again for a quarter drop dose

MMS during pregnancy:
“Thousands of pregnant women have used MMS  to restore their health when needed.
Dosing for a pregnant woman is exactly the same as when not pregnant.
Follow the protocols and determine what dosage is best for you.
MMS, when taken according to the protocols in this book does not harm the body and can therefore be considered safe for all people, including pregnant women, children and babies.

A day’s dose in a bottle: adding DMSO
If you choose to make up a day’s worth of MMS in a litre bottle, e.g. if you are at work or travelling:
this can be done, but the DMSO must be added just before consuming the dose, so it is best not to add to DMSO a day’s MMS bottle option.
Rather just add to a single dose and then drink it down right away.
