Hello Dr Haresh I just want to extend my extreme thanks to you for your superb advice. I’m still overwhelmed that I went from zero foot pain, to such extreme pain that caused me to be unable to sleep for 2 nights, and I was completely immobile for 2 full days. Greetings Dr Haresh. I hope this email finds you well.
I thought you may like to get an update. I’m following the regimen precisely.  I’m making steady progress.  Emotionally I feel strong.  I just remain dumbfounded about what happened.  I didn’t think my stressors were big enough to cause this degree of ill health.  Physically, the chest pain has reduced a lot (and thankfully, at its peak, it was only a fraction of the pain of the 2014 incidents).  I still have minor discomfort and pain across my back, roughly in line with my heart.  My breathing is still strange (short, shallow breaths when I’m not consciously watching my breathing – in which I take long, deep breaths).  Last week and over the weekend I felt really lousy and dreadfully dizzy if I bent down, moved too quickly, etc.  All that is easing quite a bit. However, I still have low energy and fatigue, compared with my normal energy levels. I sleep well at night (no doubt the CBD drops help) and I feel good when I wake up. I continue to meditate every morning.
I guess life constantly reminds us top be grateful for everything, especially for our magnificent bodies that perform so well.
