How Enzymes Work in Cleaning Products
Enzymes are biological catalysts that accelerate the breakdown of organic matter.  In
cleaning applications, they target specific soils such as proteins (via proteases), starches (via
amylases), and fats and oils (via lipases), breaking them into water-soluble molecules that
are easily rinsed away.
This process ensures efficient, residue-free cleaning without the need for harsh chemicals.

Product Description
EnZym™ Dishwashing Liquid is a concentrated, enzyme-enhanced manual dishwashing
solution designed for effective grease cutting, starch and protein removal. It combines
biodegradable surfactants, plant-based solvents, and targeted enzymes (protease and
alpha-amylase) for superior cleaning power while being gentle on skin and the environment.

Dilution and Usage Instructions
For standard dishwashing:
Add 2.5 – 5 ml of EnZym™ Dishwashing Liquid to a sink of warm water (approximately 5 litres).
Scrub dishes with sponge or brush, rinse thoroughly with clean water
For heavy grease: Apply a small amount directly onto sponge or utensil before scrubbing

Storage and Handling
. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
. Shelf Life: 24 months
. Do not mix with bleach or harsh disinfectants, as this may deactivate the enzymes
. Avoid direct contact with eyes, if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water
. Do not Ingest, seek medical advice if swallowed
. Do not mix with other chemicals
. Safe Disposal Instructions
. Unused product: Dilute with water and dispose of via a drain
. Empty container: Rinse thoroughly with water before recycling or disposal in accordance with local regulations
. Spills: Absorb spill with a mop or cloth rinse in a bucket with water and dispose of via a drain
