Benefits from Castor Oil compresses
Castor Oil penetrates deeper than any other oil, breaks up lumps, bumps, adhesions, even a bone spur
(it may take a while if the condition has been there for a long time) – just keep at it!
As a compress, this is not drawing anything out of you
The compress is a vehicle to hold the oil so it can penetrate where it is needed in the body
Every day you could apply the compress, fold it over and the next day open up, add a little more oil and apply it again
You can use it for tumours, cysts, even breast cancer and uterine fibroids

Benefits of Castor Oil for Hair :
Studies suggest that castor oil benefits the hair due to its high content of ricinoleic acid and other fatty acids, amino acids, flavonoids, vitamin E and minerals. Here’s how you can use castor oil for hair growth and more.
Hydrates Hair Research shows that the fatty acids in castor oil, especially ricinoleic acid, make it an excellent hair and scalp moisturizer. Rubbing the oil into hair strands helps reduce dryness and breakage, and massaging it into the scalp improves dandruff and eases itchiness or irritation.
Improves Hair Texture Just like coconut oil for hair, castor oil can leave your hair smoother and shinier. It works as a natural detangler and has been proven to reduce hair felting, a disorder that causes hair to become entangled and matted, creating a hard stony mass that resembles a bird’s nest.
Reduces Hair Breakage Castor oil has hydrating and nourishing properties, helping you avoid hair breakage and damage. The fatty acids in the oil have enhanced penetration, making them able to provide a soothing, strengthening effect in the hair follicles.4. Promotes Hair Growth
Research shows that the ricinoleic acid in castor oil may treat hair loss in men by balancing prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) production, which affects hair growth.
Castor oil also improves blood circulation to your hair follicles, helping your hair grow. For this reason, the oil can also be applied to eyebrows and lashes to encourage growth
Improves Scalp Health Castor oil has moisturizing and soothing properties, allowing it to ease dryness and irritation of the scalp. It also works as an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and healing agent. Studies indicate that the ricinoleic acid in castor oil protects the scalp and shaft of the hair from fungal and microbial infections.
Hair Treatment:
When choosing castor oil for hair at the store, opt for a pure, cold-pressed product from a high-quality brand. Castor oil can be used on your hair strands, scalp, eyebrows and eyelashes.
It can be used on your skin, too, and may help reduce acne, aid wound healing and provide hydration.

To use castor oil on your hair, please follow these steps:
Section your hair so it’s easier to apply the oil evenly
Take a small amount of castor oil, and warm it up in your palms. Then, starting from the ends, gently massage the oil into your hair, working your way up to the roots. Distribute the oil evenly. Then cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap to keep the oil from dripping
Leave the oil on your hair for at least 30 minutes or even overnight for deeper penetration
When you’re ready to remove the oil, wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and conditioner
Repeat this process once or twice a week or as desired to achieve optimal hair texture and health
When using castor oil for hair, be sure to start with only a small amount because too much can make your hair greasy. In addition to boosting overall hair hydration with this type of treatment, castor oil can be applied to hair as a de-tangler or frizz-smoother
Risks and Side Effects
It may be possible to experience an allergic reaction to castor oil used topically, which could result in redness, irritation and swelling. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately, and consult your health care provider if the symptoms don’t improve fairly quickly.
It’s always a good idea to do a patch test before applying any new product to your hair or skin, especially if you have sensitive skin.
To do this, simply apply a few drops of castor oil to one small area of your skin to ensure there are no adverse effects.
Not recommended to be taken internally when pregnant.
EYES
A controversial point it seems but rather avoid eyes.
“Hello everyone. Sorry i just wanted to give a friendly caution warning… my sister used pure organic cold pressed castor oil, hexane, fragrance free and non-irradiated on her face for months now and didn’t mind the eyes as rumour has it, its “good for your eyes” she now has to go see a specialist because her tear ducts are blocked…”
Castor Oil Compress Pack Do-It-Yourself,  How to –
Place a small circle of the castor oil on compress – in the middle. It will slowly spread on the compress.
You could apply this to a bone spur, a sore wrist, joints, sore knees, congested chest (slightly larger compress) with a hot water bottle on top.
On the abdomen for irritable bowel syndrome, constipation – it will help break up congestion there.
Gallstones, revive liver (under right rib), kidneys (kidney stones).
You will need a plastic covering for the compress, e.g. a zip-lock plastic bag, as it could soil clothes.
One can sleep with the compress in place.

Feedback
* Thank you very much ,this castor oil helped me ,I had a sharp pain at the back of my shoulder and somebody sold me a bottle of this . Since then the pain is gone.no more tingling fingers. (K)
* I recently suffered a terrible bout of psoriasis which just persisted. I was reluctant to resort to any harmaceuticals and tried many different potential ‘remedies’.  The best and most soothing one, was after a hot bath, applying Castor Oil with a couple of drops of DMSO to the affected areas.  One just has to let the skin absorb the DMSO and castor oil before covering with clothing.  I literally massaged it in all over and that kept the itchies at bay for the day and then repeated the process at night. Lifestyle changes also implemented to keep the condition at bay, ref Barbara O’Neil.  YC
* My skin on arms and legs looked like leather after struggling with eczema. I persevered with castor oil – rubbing it in morning and evening and the leather-look did take leave, thank goodness.  ES
* I had a massive stye in my eye for a few days.  I put castor oil on a cotton pad, put it over my eye, put on a mask and went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning, the stye was just a teeny bump and by the end of the day it was totally gone! (CW)
* Ladies the Castor Oil is FANtastic !  I’m using it on sun damage / scars and on my fine lines and wrinkles / a drop in my body lotion. The deepest penetrating oil in the world. TRY it!!!!  (NG)
* I have switched to using this wonderful oil for oil pulling to keep my teeth and gums healthy in the mornings – it really is a quick process and leaves my mouth fresh (VS)
* My 2kg yorkie had 3 hard oval thingies (don’t know what it was) under her skin for about 6 months. Suddenly it became bigger and sore, I couldn’t even pick her up. I’ve put a castor oil pack on it with bandages…its nearly gone after 5 days. Castor oil has amazing benefits (BV)
