Rosemary Tea to help fight bacteria
by Lynn Pretorius
Rosemary is a potent antioxidant, antiseptic, and antispasmodic herb. It can be used internally and externally for ailments, including nervous disorders and stomach bacteria.
C@ncer
For cancer, it is beneficial due to its potent antioxidant effects.
Studies have shown that it can prevent cancer-causing chemicals from binding to and causing mutations in cellular DNA.
It inhibits the carcinogen aflatoxin from binding to liver cells and prevents benzopyrene from binding to bronchial cells. Below are a boiled infusion recipe and a teapot recipe, both fantastic.
Why not make them both and fight inner stomach bacteria?
TEA 1
How to make the boiled infusion

You will need
Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, about 5, 3 Bay leaves, 1 Medium Washed Red Apple, 1/2 Fresh Lemon Juiced, 500ml Pure Water (not tap), and 1 Tablespoon Pure Raw Honey
Follow the step-by-step instructions to make this fantastic anti bacterial tea
Hot Rosemary Tea (2)

In a teapot, put the rosemary and tea bag, pour over 500ml of boiling water, and leave to infuse for 15 mins. Then add the fresh mint leaves, and infuse for a further 5 mins. Place a slice of lemon in a cup, and pour the tea over using a tea strainer. Sip and enjoy this bacteria-fighting herbal tea.
