Rosemary & Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
● 500 g baby potatoes, halved
● 1 Tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp dried rosemary
● Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Toss potatoes with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
2. Roast at 200 °C for 30–40 minutes until crispy.
