*  Yes it was wonderful to find it  I swear by it, I used it with 2 of my children.

My granddaughter has a terrible nappy rash and nothing wanted to work, now after using the biosil baby creame for 2 days it is already much better than it was,
it  will take a bit of time to heal completely but the redness is gone and it is not that painful for her anymore
