- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cup vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 1tsp turmeric powder

- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs basil/coriander/oregano/thyme/cilantro

- Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions and garlic for a minute.
