To restore fertility: cures for fertility as covered in Dr Bryan Ardis’s book:
1. Zinc – 50 mg per day
2. Temperature:
131 deg – 140 deg F destroys the fertility-causing ingredient.
Infra-red sauna 120 – 140 degrees for 5-12 minutes 3/4 times a week
3. Get your pH level to 7.5 which is just above neutral
Use pH strips for saliva and urine and through diet manage to maintain this balance, the body gets rid of the poison immediately.
