PRODUCT: Graviola Leaf Tea. You may not have heard of graviola or you may be familiar with one of its alternative names; soursop, cherimoya or guanabana.

DESCRIPTION:  Graviola leaves crushed and ready to make a 'tea'

BENEFITS: 

Anti-cancer potential: The principal interest in this plant is because of its strong anti-cancer effects. Although it is effective for a number of medical conditions, it is its anti tumour effect that is of most interest. This plant has a proven record as a cancer remedy in many types of cancer.

DiabetesGraviola has been used for centuries in South America to regulate blood sugar levels and there is some preliminary modern research that suggests it might well be effective.
Certain ingredients in graviola which include phytochemicals might be able to prevent spikes in blood glucose and help to regulate glucose levels.

Suggested procedure:  Brew the tea consciously, envisioning the benefits as you go about preparation and blessing it with love for healing.

 

Procedure: 

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of tea per cup of boiling water and let steep for a minimum of 10 minutes. You can steep for up to 20 minutes, but may have to reheat the tea before drinking. A tea candle is useful to keep the tea hot while infusing. You may want to try a few different brewing lengths, so as to achieve your preferred extraction of flavors. 

When you prepare soursop tea, make only enough for the day because the potency of the tea is at it’s peak for 7 or 8 hours. Although you will be using the tea over a 12-24 hour period, the potency drops only very slightly. You may put the tea in the refrigerator. Any leftover tea after drinking your daily dose must be discarded.

Make​ ​a​ ​new​ ​batch​ ​of​ ​tea​ ​every​ ​day. You can let the leaves stay in the pot or kettle for as long as you like. You can make the tea a few hours before letting it draw out the goodness out of the leaves thus giving you the highest potency. By leaving the leaves in the pot it extracts all the ingredients from the leaves and can be stronger. The difference is the first cup for the day will be almost clear while if you keep the leaves in the kettle, then the last cup for the day will be almost black in colour.

THE​ ​30​ ​DAY​ ​PROTOCOL: a. This treatment requires drinking the tea 3 times a day, one cup of tea, 30 minutes before every meal. (The tea is absorbed more easily in an empty stomach. When taken after meals, the tea is mixed with the food, and it has to wait for the food to be digested before it gets absorbed together with all the other nutrients. Taken before meals, the tea hits the bloodstream quicker.) b. The soursop tea, drank 3x a day, 30 minutes before meals, is taken for 30 consecutive days only. c. After the 30 day treatment, have yourself checked up by your doctor. If the check-up shows improvement, then taper off to the maintenance amount.
