I love the taste and I drink it every morning, I could be preparing it wrong. I mix it with water, sometimes cold and most times hot water.

The issue I have is that a few hours after taking the powder I become dizzy for a few minutes. I am not sure why that happens. I am also currently taking Hoodia Gordonii capsules. I have not felt much of a difference maybe I should give it time, I have been dealing with a lot more stress than usual latety.

Please advise what that could be.
