Recipe:
1, Turmeric Coconut Latte (Golden Milk)
Ingredients:
● ½ tsp turmeric powder
● 250 ml coconut milk (unsweetened)
● ¼ tsp cinnamon
● Pinch black pepper
● 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Method:
1. Warm milk in a saucepan.
2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon and pepper.
3. Sweeten to taste when not too hot to sip (honey) and enjoy warm.
