Comfrey is also known as knitbone. The genus name for comfrey is Symphytum which means to “Unite or knit together” The name Com-firma means simply “knitting of bones”

Face mask:
Amish Drawing Balm can also be used as a wonderful enhancing face mask.  Apply to the face and leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing off.  Repeat this weekly.

Spotty skin:
To help clear a spotty skin,  one can apply this healing balm as a face mask or anywhere the acne is, leaving it on for 15 mins –  then using a face cloth with warm water to gently remove.   A natural face wash may then be used to remove any residue.  After this apply a natural face serum. such as Skin Soother  (https://biosil.co.za/product/skin-soother-with-colloidal-silver-100ml/) as the pores will be open and receptive
Deep facial cleanse:
Apply and leave it to form a light crust. This has been used for breast cancer but it will need supervision by a practitioner who is familiar with this product
Leg ulcers:
This product has successfully been used in combination with Natural Solutions’ Cardio Heart Health capsules
Skin tags and Boils:
This is one of the ways to remove them as it draws pus to the surface and stimulates healing of the skin.  It is recommended for the removal of *thorns and *glass shards, as well as for the treatment of *cystic acne  *insect and *spider bites.

Splinters and thorns
If this balm becomes liquid put into the fridge to harden.
It is applied and then covered, and as it is a gentle version of black salve it will take more time to draw out the thorns than overnight.
Black salve is quicker, a recent client had a deep piece of glass in her foot, it took three days with the black salve on the area to draw it out. 
Try again maybe reapply each evening, wrap up and note changes.  This balm has been used for drain out pus, boils, and even open cancer so it is effective but not a quick fix.
